MALIBU is a great little number from the one and only Takanaka-san. While he is known for pioneering jazz fusion in Japan this tune creates a smooth vibe that invokes how going to the beach should actually be. Takanaka is a vibe of his own. This track features a funky intro riff, some nice major seven chords and a great vehicle for relaxing. I highly recommend, its a fun one to play. Plenty more from this album coming up.
